The "Pink Friday" hitmaker added a little color to the front row as she sat alongside model Elettra Wiedemann while taking in the latest looks at the IAC Building venue.
Taking to Twitter to post about the show, Miss Minaj wrote, "Ok so the new Prabal Gurung collection is to die for. Just left his fashion show. Gagging. My lovely date John Demsey of MAC was adorable!"
Mr Gurung recently voiced his thoughts on having the catwalk displays see their pictures hit the web almost immediately - with critics around the globe able to comment on the runway outfits.
"No matter what happens with social media and everything, it's still runway shows twice a year," Prabal said. "It's still the strongest possible way of telling your story and putting across your brand message entirely."
