Leonardo DiCaprio Covers GQ October 2011
Dishing the details about their upcoming film, cover man Leonardo DiCaprio and his "J. Edgar" director Clint Eastwood sat down for the October 2011 issue of GQ magazine.
During the interview, the pair opened up about the biography/drama, an R-rated flick that centers on the long-running face of law enforcement, J. Edgar Hoover.
One of the unrelenting questions surrounding the admired and yet feared man zeroes in on his sexuality, a point Leo would rather not expand on, telling, “If I were a betting man, I actually don’t know what I would bet [regarding his sexuality]."
As for Eastwood's thought on the matter, he said, “It’s gonna be for the audience to interpret. It’s not a movie about two gay guys. It’s a movie about how this guy manipulated everybody around him and managed to stay on through nine presidents. I mean, I don’t give a crap if he was gay or not.”
