Lady Gaga Rehearses for Sting Anniversary Concert
Gearing up for tomorrow night's big ado, Lady Gaga made a colorful arrival to the Beacon Theater in New York City on Friday (September 30).
Clad in an all-yellow ensemble, the "Judas" singer was on-hand for rehearsals for Sting's 25th Anniversary Concert - as the show will benefit the Robin Hood Foundation, which fights poverty in NYC.
Meanwhile, we're also just days away from the release of Gaga's collaboration with Cher on "The Greatest Thing".
Of the much-talked-about track, producer RedOne told MTV, "I think it's timeless. The beautiful thing about this song is, it's very uplifting, very uplifting. It's emotional, but it has dance on it, and it has a dance vibe on it. It's just a timeless song. You can play it with the guitar, the piano, with whatever instrument you want. You can sing it a cappella, you know what I mean, it's that kind of song.
"I'm very excited about that song," RedOne added. "And it's an event. Cher and Lady Gaga: How big can it get?"
Kristen Stewart Covers Glamour November 2011
With the first part of "Breaking Dawn" just over a month away from release, Kristen Stewart was selected to cover the November 2011 issue of Glamour magazine.
The Bella Swan actress pretties up the publication's front page with a tagline next to her reading "The Real Kristen Stewart" while photographed by Matthias Vriens-McGrath.
With Miss Stewart's photo spread accompanied by an in-depth conversation, the 21-year-old spoke about a number of topics including "Twilight," boys and what's next in her career.
Highlights from Kristen's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit Glamour!
On watching "Breaking Dawn" with co-star Taylor Lautner:
“I watched [Breaking Dawn] with Taylor for the first time. It was really fun. It’s fun to watch it with him because we actually sit and watch it. Me and Taylor are actual Twilight fans, so we can sit there and be totally into it! Whereas I sit there with Rob … he likes it, but he has just such a different energy.”
On Bella's relationship with Jacob in the "Twilight" series:
“I’ve always just loved Jacob and Bella so much. Taylor is great in this one.”
On wrapping up her work on the "Twilight" franchise:
"On the final night of filming I was literally pulling out my hair and crying and having to walk away for a second because my voice wasn't working anymore."
‘Glee’ Runs The World With Beyonce
In next week’s highly anticipated, probably way-hyped up Glee episode “Asian F”, the club runs the gamut on Top 40 song selections: Brittany busts out Beyonce’s 4 single “Run The World (Girls)” (though Heather Morris’ dancing will no doubt wow us more than this cover), Amber Riley sings Jennifer Hudson’s “Spotlight”, and Matthew Morrison is at his best working his falsetto for Coldplay’s tear-duct-destroying “Fix You”. Check ‘em out below.
Watch Ke$ha Rock in Rio
Ke$ha has never exactly been one to make demure, commonplace fashion choices, but she may have outdone herself arriving in Rio de Janeiro wearing a plush hammerhead shark strapped to her face as a mask. (Suddenly Katy Perry’s Carmen Miranda mask doesn’t seem odd at all!) The backstabbing songstress was in town to play Rock In Rio, and rock it she did, performing hits from Animal and Cannibal including “Tik Tok,” “F*ck Him (He’s A DJ),” “Blah Blah Blah,” and “Blow.” If you currently have a stuffed shark obstructing your vision, we suggest you remove it before watching below.
Christina Aguilera Reveals Her “Secret Potion” In Fragrance Commercial
Christina Aguilera’s new fragrance “Secret Potion” not only makes you smell good — it apparently also helps you vamp up your wardrobe! In the scent’s TV spot, The Voice coach rides a greenscreen-created elevator to a penthouse party. Her stunning grey frock is just too drab for such a well-attended bash, but with one spritz of her perfume, she’s got a form-fitting dress covered in sparkles! Watch Xtina’s aromatic ad below.
Hey, we’ll gladly take that first dress if you don’t want it, Christina. It’s better than anything currently hanging in our closet.

Justin Bieber’s ‘Under The Mistletoe’ Album Cover Gives Us The Chills
As we sit here and fidget while anxiously awaiting Justin Bieber’s duet with Usher from upcoming holiday album Under The Mistletoe, we’ll just have tide ourselves over the yuletide offering’s newly-unveiled cover art. “Nov 1st…not your normal christmas album,” the teen heartthrob wrote on Facebook last night. Is that so? We imagine JB could use a bit of snuggling with main squeeze Selena Gomez after taking part in this cover shoot — those Photoshop snowflakes look cold!

H8R Kim Kardashian is confronted with a real “Angry Woman”
On the series premier of the new show “H8R,” Kim K is confronted with a real “Angry Black Woman”:
Deena decided to make her rant against Kim Kardashian on behalf of the African-American community, whether they wanted her to or not, on ‘H8R’ (Wed., 8:30PM ET on ABC). At least, that what it looked like when she was complaining that Kim had curves, saying, “I thought we had a corner on that. That’s us. That’s who we are.”
She also took issue with the Kardashian family not doing enough for the African-American community. So Kim had to defend a perhaps legitimate argument here, and then one that sounded more like petty jealousy.
She explained that curves on women is also an Armenian thing, but that didn’t seem to win Deena over. But when she talked about going to New Orleans to help after Katrina, and taking multiple trips to Africa to help impoverished people there, Deena started to lighten up.
This was just the kind of case the show was hoping to bring to light. Deena was hating on Kim based on assumptions she was making that weren’t even true. If more people were watching the show, maybe they’d reconsider their opinions of people they’re hating on. Or at least make sure they have their facts straight first.
Adele’s “Someone Like You” Video
Adele’s “Someone Like You” turned out to be achingly beautiful for reasons very different than 21’s first smash, “Rolling In Deep”: it’s a bare piano ballad that puts her rafter-reaching heartbreak front and center. The long-awaited video is just as simple: Adele wanders the streets of Paris in the lonely wee hours, and her sense of loss is displayed in gritty black and white. Our readers felt “Rolling In The Deep” deserved to win MTV’s prize for Video Of The Year. Will “Someone Like You” (directed by Jake Nava) prove to be as compelling? Watch below.
“The Avengers” Cover Entertainment Weekly
It’s being called the “Ultimate Superhero Movie” and the stars of “The Avengers” are on the cover of the new issue of Entertainment Weekly.
Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, and Robert Downey Jr are all in full character as they strike a super pose.
But Mr. Renner told press that it’s not all hugs and smiles between the different superheroes. "Just because they're super heroes doesn't mean they're super friends.”
Joss Whedon added, "I was like, well, if they hate each other, I guess we can use that. But they don't." “The Avengers” hits theaters May 4th, 2012.
Taylor Lautner Premieres "Abduction" in Madrid
Closing out the third stop along his Euro press tour, Taylor Lautner suited up for the Spanish premiere of his new movie "Abduction" in Madrid on Thursday night (September 29).
The "Twilight" hunk hit the Kinepolis cinema red carpet by his lonesome after visits to London and Paris alongside his co-star/ex-girlfriend Lily Collins earlier this week.
And now that he's a single man, Lautner was recently asked by AOL Celebrity UK about who he's got the hots for, to which he answered, "Ah, Cheryl Cole, absolutely. I'm a huge fan of hers.”
The 19-year-old continued to tell that he preferred that Girls Aloud beauty over her "X Factor" replacement, Nicole Scherzinger, as he said, "It's a good one but I definitely like Cheryl.”
Have A Staring Contest With Jessie J In Her “Who You Are” Video
Jessie J spends the majority of her “Who You Are” video staring directly into the camera, daring us to stare right back at her. Sure, her foot injury has prohibited her from doing much else in her videos other than sitting and singing — but the emotional clip still works, particularly by the end when everything in her bedroom gets drenched. Watch the new video for Jessie’s title track below.
The vid is currently pretty LQ — obviously taped from off a TV screen — but we’ll replace as soon as a better clip surfaces.
“Who You Are” is the fifth single from Jessie’s debut album of the same name. She’s also released the Dr. Luke-produced tune “Domino” as a non-album single.

Heidi Klum Flaunts New Fragrance "Shine"
Adding to her already impressive array of products, Heidi Klum unveiled her new fragrance Shine in West Hollywood yesterday (September 28).
The “Project Runway” starlet was all smiles as she hammed it up at the Mondrian Los Angeles to plug her signature scent.
Heidi explained that she put a lot of time and effort into creating Shine. “I worked with this amazing French nose who came from Paris many times to me in Los Angeles and New York when I was working there. Basically we would just talk about all the things that I love in smells and different roots that I like. He comes over and has all the little sniffing strips. They all have numbers so we don’t mess anything up. You sniff, and sniff, and sniff, all day long.”
“I wanted something that is super feminine, that is very light. My husband definitely got an input in it because I do want to smell good for my husband. He doesn’t like it when I smell too strong. He still wants to smell me with a little bit of perfume.”

Jessie J Flaunts High Fashion For ‘Q’ Magazine’s 25th Anniversary Issue
Jessie J scored the cover of Q magazine’s 25th anniversary issue, though she shares that distinction with 24 other artists. The mag is releasing 25 different collector’s issues, each with its own cover featuring a different music act. In her photo shoot (snapped by photographer Perou), the “Nobody’s Perfect” songstress sports a lot of black, a lot of bold stripes, and a lot of skin. Curiously missing, however, is her involuntary accessory around her foot. Guess these photos were taken before Jess went tumbling down?
Jennifer Lopez And Enrique Iglesias Are “Mouth2Mouth” In New Song
If we’re ever in need of some CPR, we hope Enrique Iglesias is in the area. The sultry Spanish singer teamed up with Jennifer Lopez for the steamy new song “Mouth2Mouth”, which will be featured on a repackaged version of Iglesias’ album Euphoria. Listen to the DJ Frank E production below, and tell us how it compares to his previous collaboration with a reality show judge, “Heartbeat” with Nicole Scherzinger?
Three to four new songs will be added to the expanded version of Euphoria, including Pitbull/RedOne collab “I Like How It Feels.”
